About Us
We believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a feature.
Our Mission
Online PDF Edits was built to solve a simple problem: editing PDFs shouldn’t require permanently uploading sensitive documents to unknown servers.
Most online tools rely heavily on cloud-based processing. We take a privacy-first approach by performing the majority of PDF editing directly in your browser using modern technologies like JavaScript and WebAssembly. In limited cases, secure server-assisted processing may be used to ensure accurate document parsing — without permanent storage.
Why this approach matters
PDF files often include contracts, financial summaries, procurement details, legal documents, and internal process guides. Traditional upload-first tools can create uncertainty around where those files are stored and how long they remain accessible. Our architecture is intentionally designed to reduce that uncertainty by default. We prioritize browser-first editing so users can make high-fidelity changes with less dependence on persistent remote storage.
Who we build for
Online PDF Edits is used by operations teams, consultants, agencies, founders, and independent professionals who need fast document updates without introducing unnecessary process overhead. Common workflows include pricing sheet revisions, policy updates, proposal adjustments, and internal documentation cleanup before distribution.
Product direction
We focus on practical capabilities that improve real editing outcomes: preserving layout integrity, reducing rework, and keeping the interaction flow simple. Every release is evaluated against those goals. If a feature adds complexity without improving editing quality or trust, it does not move forward.
