Editor Toolbar Overview

The toolbar is your command center. It appears at the top of the editor and dynamically updates based on what you select.

Edit Text

Directly modify existing text or add new text blocks to your PDF.

Click any text on the PDF to start typing.
Use the toolbar to change Font Family, Size, Weight, and Style.
Adjust alignment (Left, Center, Right).

Pro Tip: Double-click text to select an entire word instantly.

Undo / Redo

Made a mistake? No problem. Our advanced history engine tracks every change.

Click the Undo button (or Ctrl+Z) to revert changes.
Click Redo (or Ctrl+Shift+Z) to re-apply them.
Works for text edits, moves, deletions, and styling.

Images

Add your own visuals or replace existing images in the document.

Click the Image icon to upload a new PNG or JPG.
Select an existing image and click "Replace" to swap it out.
Drag corner handles to resize images proportionally.

Styling & Layout

Fine-tune the look of your document elements.

Change Text Color and Background Highlight.
Adjust Opacity for watermarks or subtle effects.
Use Rotate tools to turn elements 90 degrees.

Move & Resize

Rearrange content to fit your new layout.

Click and drag any element to move it freely.
Use toolbar inputs for pixel-perfect positioning (X/Y).
Resize images by dragging their edges.

Lock & Delete

Manage your workspace effectively.

Select an element and click Trash to remove it.
Click Lock to freeze an element in place to prevent accidental moves.
